Description
A three hour Ultimate Frisbee clinic for high school students. There will be multiple stations, run by local club players, where kids will learn basic fundamentals and game-time technique. The last hour players will be split into teams for a scrimmage.

When and Where
Friday, Sept. 28 from 4:00-7:30 p.m.
Murray County Fields, located at 5300 South and approximately 400 East.

What to bring
A light and dark shirt; cleats; water & a snack.

Stations
*There will be three to four stations per round, depending on numbers.
Round 1 4:30-4:55 Throwing/Catching
Round 2 5:00-5:25 Offense: Stack; Dump; Cutting
Round 3 5:30-5:55 Defense: Stalling; Marking; Defending
Games will be played from 6:00-7:00
